The menu is widely available, particularly in street food shops and a food center in a department store and luxury restaurants.  It is sometimes served with clear broth soup. The dipping sauce is typically made of yellow chili peppers, garlic, granulated salt, limeade, and vinegar.

          Ingredients of Khao Kha Moo: 1 pork leg, 1 tablespoon soy sauce, 3-4 tablespoons oyster sauce, 2 tablespoons black soy sauce, 75 g palm sugar or rock sugar 6-8 cilantro roots, 5 garlic cloves, 2 cinnamon sticks, 2-star anise, 1 tablespoon Szechuan peppercorns, 12 tablespoon white peppercorns, cracked 10 slices galangal, 2 shiitake mushrooms, 4-6 medium boiled eggs, pickled mustard greens, steamed rice. Ingredients of Chili Vinegar: 2 spur chilies, 2 cloves garlic, ½ tsp sugar, a pinch of salt, White vinegar, ¼-½ cup as needed.
